You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not infringe on the rights of others or violate any laws.

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

• Posting or sharing content that is abusive, harassing, discriminatory, or hateful, including racism, transphobia, ableism, or any other form of discrimination.
• Uploading or distributing adult content (18+ material or content involving minors).
• Posting or distributing content that infringes on copyright or other intellectual property rights.
• Engaging in activities that disrupt or harm the platform or other users.

Hydrasound reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms and to terminate or suspend user accounts involved in such violations.

7. Limitation of Liability

Hydrasound provides the platform “as is” and “as available” without any warranties or guarantees. We do not assume liability for:
